Sync & events
Section titled “Sync & events”How fast does Kalender Sync sync? Google/Microsoft almost instantly, Apple/KSuite/iCal every 5 minutes — plus a safety net every few hours. → How fast is sync?
Are my original events modified? No, never. Kalender Sync only creates its own blockers in the target calendar and manages exclusively those.
Do others see my event details? Only what you allow: “Busy only” (default), “Title + time” or “Full details”. Attendee data never. → Visibility levels
Why is an event from next year missing? The synced range is −3 to +6 months; it appears automatically once it moves into the window. → Sync window
Why doesn’t my (all-day) vacation block anything? All-day events are treated as free by default — switchable. → All-day events
Accounts & providers
Section titled “Accounts & providers”Which calendars are supported? Google, Microsoft/Outlook, Apple iCloud, Infomaniak KSuite and iCal feeds (as a source). → Connect calendars
My company blocks the connection — now what? Three ways out: iCal feed right away, IT approval in 2 minutes, or CalDAV. → Organisation blocks
Apple asks for a password — my regular one doesn’t work? Correct: it needs an app-specific password (created in 2 minutes). → Apple iCloud
Can I change the visibility of an existing sync? Currently: end + recreate (under a minute). Editing is planned. → Known limitations
Account & payment

How do I cancel? Self-service under Settings → Billing — effective at period end, revocable before. → Cancellation
How do I delete my account including all data? Self-service under Settings → Data — immediate and final, incl. blocker cleanup. → Delete account
Privacy
