## Sync & events

**How fast does Kalender Sync sync?**
On Basic and up: Google/Microsoft almost instantly (webhooks), Apple/KSuite/iCal every 5 minutes. On Free, syncs run every 30 minutes. Plus a safety net every few hours. → [How fast is sync?](https://docs.kalender-sync.de/en/sync/how-it-works/#how-fast-is-sync)

**Are my original events modified?**
No, never. Kalender Sync only creates its own blockers in the target calendar and manages exclusively those.

**Do others see my event details?**
Only what you allow: "Busy only" (default), "Title + time" or "Full details". Attendee data never. → [Visibility levels](https://docs.kalender-sync.de/en/sync/visibility-levels/)

**Why is an event from next year missing?**
The synced range is −3 months to +6 months (Free & Basic) or +18 months (Professional); it appears automatically once it moves into the window. → [Sync window](https://docs.kalender-sync.de/en/sync/sync-window/)

**Why doesn't my (all-day) vacation block anything?**

## Accounts & providers

**Which calendars are supported?**
Google, Microsoft/Outlook, Apple iCloud, GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org, Infomaniak KSuite and iCal feeds (as a source). → [Connect calendars](https://docs.kalender-sync.de/en/getting-started/connect-first-calendar/)

**My company blocks the connection — now what?**

**Apple asks for a password — my regular one doesn't work?**

**Can I change the visibility of an existing sync?**
Via the sharing’s three-dot menu → **“Edit”**: sources, target calendar, visibility, placeholder title and prefix can be changed after the fact; the copies in the target calendar are rewritten automatically. → [Edit a sharing](https://docs.kalender-sync.de/en/sync/freigabe-bearbeiten/)

## Account & payment

**What happens after the trial?**
Automatically Free; surplus syncs are paused. For syncs of your own calendars the copied entries are removed after 14 days (your originals are untouched) — after an upgrade everything is restored from your original calendars. → [Trial](https://docs.kalender-sync.de/en/account-billing/trial/)

**How do I cancel?**

**How do I delete my account including all data?**

## Privacy

**Where is my data stored?**

**Is there a DPA?**
