Exercising GDPR rights
Most GDPR rights can be exercised at Kalender Sync directly by yourself — no request, no waiting period.
Access & portability (Art. 15 & 20)
Section titled “Access & portability (Art. 15 & 20)”The data export in the settings downloads all data stored about you as a JSON archive — immediately, as often as you like. What’s inside (and why no event contents) is described there.
Rectification (Art. 16)
Section titled “Rectification (Art. 16)”Name, industry and language are changed in your profile. For the email address (currently not self-changeable), support helps.
Erasure (Art. 17)
Section titled “Erasure (Art. 17)”The account deletion in the settings removes all data immediately and permanently — including blockers in target calendars and access to your calendar accounts.
Withdrawing consent (Art. 7)
Section titled “Withdrawing consent (Art. 7)”- Newsletter & product updates: unsubscribe link in every email, or untick the checkbox in the settings.
- Cookies/statistics on the website: adjustable any time via “Cookie Settings” in the footer.
- Calendar access: disconnect any time — optionally also revoke directly at the provider.
Complaints & contact
Section titled “Complaints & contact”The controller and contact for privacy enquiries are in the privacy policy and the legal notice. Independently of that, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
For anything not covered here: paul@kalender-sync.de — privacy enquiries are answered with priority.
