Statistics
The statistics show how your subscribe calendar is doing, without us storing anything about your subscribers.
What is counted
Section titled “What is counted”- Active subscribers: calendar apps that fetched your feed in the last 14 days. Someone who removes the subscription in their app drops out after 14 days.
- By app: Google, Apple, Outlook (Outlook.com, Microsoft 365 and Outlook desktop combined) and other apps.
- Clicks in the last 30 days: every app pick on the subscribe page and in the button, whether or not a subscription followed.
How we count without tracking
Section titled “How we count without tracking”Every subscription made through the subscribe page or the button gets its own feed link. When a calendar app fetches that link, we only note the time of the fetch. We store no IP address, no user agent and nothing that points to a person. You only see numbers.
Subscriptions that don’t come through the subscribe page or the button are not counted. That applies, for example, to the general feed link (feed_url) or the direct app links (subscribe_links) from the API if you put them on your website yourself. For complete statistics, link the subscribe page or use the button.
Where you see the numbers
Section titled “Where you see the numbers”- In the app under Settings › Developer / API: active subscribers and live calendars of your account against your plan.
- Per calendar through the API:
GET /v1/publisher/calendars/{id}/stats. Many plugins show these numbers right in your website’s admin. → Stats endpoint
When you reach your plan’s limit
Section titled “When you reach your plan’s limit”Every plan covers a number of active subscribers. When you reach it, everything keeps running: nobody loses their subscription, and new subscribers can still join. You get an email, and the statistics show a notice. Write to us then, and we’ll find a plan that fits. → Plans and limits
