Upgrade, downgrade & cancellation
Billing runs via Stripe — switching plans, cancelling and accessing invoices is fully self-service under Settings → Billing. Monthly and yearly billing are available.
Upgrade — takes effect immediately
Section titled “Upgrade — takes effect immediately”- The new plan applies right away; Stripe automatically prorates the period you’ve already paid for.
- Syncs paused due to trial end or limits resume automatically; locked providers become available instantly.
- A scheduled downgrade is cancelled by an upgrade.
Downgrade — takes effect at period end
Section titled “Downgrade — takes effect at period end”- The smaller plan becomes active at the end of the current billing period; until then you keep the full scope.
- You can revoke the scheduled switch any time before the cutoff.
- If you then have more syncs or accounts than the new plan allows, the surplus ones are paused (not deleted).
Cancellation — takes effect at period end
Section titled “Cancellation — takes effect at period end”- Cancellation also applies at period end — everything runs normally until then, and you can undo it any time (“Reactivate”).
- Afterwards the account switches to Free; syncs beyond the Free limit are paused, nothing is deleted.
- You can re-subscribe any time later — everything continues as configured.
Invoices & taxes
Section titled “Invoices & taxes”- Invoices are available as PDF under Settings → Billing.
- Stripe calculates VAT automatically for your country. For businesses: billing address and VAT ID can be entered at checkout.
