Sign-in problems

Sign-in runs through your email address — via 6-digit code, password or Google/Microsoft (all methods explained). Here are the most common snags.

  • Check the spam/junk folder — especially the first time, the email likes to land there.
  • 1–2 minutes of patience: some company mailboxes (security gateways, quarantine) deliver with a delay.
  • Typo in the email address? Just request a new one.
  • Persistently nothing arriving: test with a personal address — if it works there, your company mail server is the issue (ask IT or contact support).
  • Codes are valid for 15 minutes — after that, simply request a new one.
  • Received several emails? Only the code from the most recent counts.
  • After 5 wrong attempts the code is invalidated (“Too many attempts”) — again: request a new code, and wait briefly if requesting itself is throttled.

Choose “Forgot password?” on the login page — you reset it via email code. Or simply sign in “with a code” right away, no password needed.

  • Same email address as at registration? Only then do the sign-in methods lead to the same account.
  • Error inside the provider sign-in (org policy)? Use the email-code login instead — that always works.
