Trial

Every new account automatically starts with a 7-day trial — at the full scope of the Professional plan, no credit card required. You’ll see the countdown in the sidebar and in your billing settings.

During the trial

• All providers (incl. Apple iCloud, GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org, Posteo, STRATO, Disroot, KSuite, iCal feeds), unlimited syncs, syncing your own calendars — try everything.
• There’s one trial per account — it can’t be extended or restarted (not even by deleting and re-registering).

Subscribe during your trial

If you book Basic during your Professional trial, Professional features remain available until the displayed trial end. Basic limits apply afterwards, including 3 calendars per AI grant. Checkout shows when your first payment is due. Settings → Billing shows your booked plan and remaining trial benefits.

Review your calendar selection before the change. Existing AI connections remain connected, while their usable selection is limited by the plan. Excess calendar accounts may be disabled and their syncs paused.

What happens at the end? (Important)

If the trial expires without you subscribing, your account automatically switches to Free. What happens then:

• Syncs beyond the Free limit (1 sharing, 2 accounts) are paused.
• For paused syncs of your own calendars, the copied entries in the target calendar show ”⚠ Abo abgelaufen – jetzt verlängern” for 14 days, then they’re removed. Your original events are never touched — only the synced copies are removed.
• Apple, GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org, Posteo, STRATO, Disroot and KSuite accounts are disabled but remain configured.
• iCal feeds count like any other calendar account: whatever exceeds the free limit of 2 accounts is disabled (most recently added first) — the rest keeps running.
• Fully reversible: after an upgrade, everything is restored automatically from your original calendars — no re-setup.

So don’t be surprised if syncs are “suddenly off” 14 days after the trial ends — a look at the status in the dashboard (paused with a lock) shows why.

Continuing right away

Subscribe before the trial ends (upgrade) and check that your setup fits the booked plan’s limits. The plan comparison shows which plan fits your setup.
