Remove calendars & revoke access

  1. Open Settings → “Connected calendars” — every calendar appears as a card there, including iCal feeds.
  2. Choose delete on the calendar in question.
  3. If no sync uses this calendar, you just confirm briefly. If syncs are affected, the dialog lists them individually — “Deleting “X” will end N syncs:” (e.g. “Automatic sync”, “Sharing with …”, “Incoming sharing from …”) — and you confirm with “Delete permanently”.

What happens:

  • The listed syncs are ended; all blockers Kalender Sync created in the target calendars are cleaned up. Your original events stay untouched.
  • The calendar disappears from Kalender Sync — at the provider it continues to exist, of course.

Removing individual calendars ends their syncs but does not revoke the connected Google/Microsoft account’s access. If access should end entirely, you have two options:

  • Revoke at the provider (table below) — takes effect immediately and independently of Kalender Sync.
  • Delete your account — automatically revokes all access as part of the deletion.
ProviderWhere to revoke
Googlemyaccount.google.com/connections
Microsoft (personal)account.live.com/consent/Manage
Microsoft (work/school)myapps.microsoft.com
Apple iCloudDelete the app-specific password at appleid.apple.com
Infomaniak KSuiteDelete the app password in the manager
iCal feedDeleting the card in Kalender Sync is enough; additionally you can reset the address at the provider (e.g. Google: “Reset” next to the secret address)

After revoking at the provider, Kalender Sync shows the account as “Please reconnect” — affected syncs pause until you reconnect or remove the calendars.
