Profile & notifications
Everything personal is managed under Settings → Account and → Notifications.
Profile
Section titled “Profile”- Name and industry can be changed any time — the name appears e.g. in invitations you send.
- Language: German or English, applies to the app and emails.
- Email address: currently not changeable — it’s the anchor of your account that all sign-in methods hang off. If your address needs to change (e.g. job switch), contact support and we’ll find a solution. (→ Known limitations)
Notifications

System emails (login codes, invitations, “please reconnect”, billing emails) can’t be unsubscribed — the product doesn’t work without them.
Newsletter & product updates are separate: they only come with your consent (checkbox at sign-up) and every email has an unsubscribe link.
