Known limitations
We’d rather document limitations openly than have you ask support about them. If one of these concretely blocks you, tell us — it feeds directly into prioritisation. (As of: July 2026)
Current limitations
Section titled “Current limitations”| Limitation | Details | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Two-way sync: calendar pair fixed | Options (visibility, prefix, …) are editable per direction; the two calendars themselves cannot be swapped — end + recreate for that | — |
| Sync window not freely adjustable | −3 months back for everyone; ahead +6 months (Free & Basic) or +18 months (Business) → details | Freely configurable planned |
| No iCal export | Kalender Sync can read feeds but not yet generate its own feed URL to subscribe to — relevant for blocked organisations | Planned |
| Email address not changeable | The address is the account anchor → workaround via support | Planned |
| 5-minute cadence for Apple/KSuite/iCal | Technical limit of these providers (no push) — Google/Microsoft run almost instantly on Basic and up | Stays for now |
| 30-minute interval on Free | The Free plan syncs on a 30-minute interval; real-time webhooks for Google/Microsoft are included from Basic → Plans & limits | By plan design — upgrade for real-time |
| No team/organisation accounts | Each user has their own account; central management and consolidated billing don’t exist yet | On the roadmap |
