What it means
Section titled “What it means”Before your account creates its first live calendar, you agree once to the additional terms for subscribe calendars (terms section 14) and the DPA addendum (section 17). This applies to the API and to AI assistants through MCP alike. Sandbox calendars never need consent.
In the app settings the same case is called TERMS_REQUIRED: without the tick, no live key can be created.
How to fix it
Section titled “How to fix it”In the app, open Settings › Developer / API, tick the additional terms and then create the live key. The link is also in the detail field. Then retry the request. → Plans and limits
